" I entrusted to Julian at Essentialavs five cassettes which were themselves copied from reel-to-reel tapes made nearly fifty years ago. They had no commercial value whatsoever but were of immense personal value being voice messages sent between members of my family during my childhood. Four of the six persons involved have long since passed away - my parents and grandparents.

With the advancement of technology since the original recordings and the cassette player now being all but obsolete, it was important to me to get them updated into a format that will enable my descendants to listen to them.

`Julian and his company did a superb job, not just in the transfer to CD but also in enhancing the quality of the recordings to a standard even better than the original. The costs involved in this exercise were very reasonable, the customer care was always first class and the entire service was completely glitch free.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Essentialavs to anybody, both personal and corporate, who has need to use their tape to CD transfer services. "I found the tech support that Essential AVS gave me invaluable, they
are also really nice guys with a helpful and
experienced approach, which makes you feel confident
that you are going to get what you need technically.
I would definitely want to use them again, and
wouldn't bother to look elsewhere as I know they are
professional and keen to help out, which you don't
always get when you need that kind of specialist tech
support.

I was in a real dilemma regarding my recording system and they
rescued me! I am a composer and was in the middle of
recording my latest album when my system just packed
up and stopped working, no sound, no nothing. I was
desperate but the tech guy I had previously worked
with was no longer available.

I searched the web and found Essential AVS. From the
start, despite my going on about all the technical
problems I was experiencing, I felt that everything
was going to be okay. They were able to sort out my
sound card problem, and in fact got me a much more
reliable one at a fraction of the cost of the one that
was causing me all the problems. They also passed the
discount they get on equipment on to me which was
really good, I thought.

I live in the west country so I travelled up to London
to cut down on costs, so that Julian could have a look
at my system and set up the new sound card. It was a
very relaxed and friendly session and he's the sort of
guy who makes you feel at ease.

Since using the new sound card everything has been
brilliant and the album is now complete and that's in
no small part down to Julian's technical skill. I did
have a few teething problems when I first set up on my
own when I got home but once again, when I rang for
advice they were on it straight away, just really
helpful guys.

I will need tech support in the future when I upgrade
again and possibly for live stuff and I will be
contacting Julian for that. I would totally recommend
Essential AVS to anyone who needs their specialist help, and
their fees are very reasonable too. Keep doing what
you're doing guys...."
